The new Diamond DA42-VI is one of the world’s most popular modern piston twins, combining impressive performance, exceptional fuel efficiency and four-seat touring capability with the added security of twin-engine operation. Gemstone Aviation is the sole distributor of Diamond Aircraft in the UK and Ireland.

Powered by two 168 hp Austro AE300 engines running on Jet A-1, the DA42-VI can achieve speeds of up to 197 KTAS while offering a maximum range of approximately 1,225 nm and an operating altitude of up to 18,000 ft. Despite its twin-engine performance, total fuel consumption can be as low as approximately 10.4 US gallons per hour at 60% power.
