Aircraft Story

The Cherokee 180 is the natural step up within the PA-28 family, offering the same forgiving low-wing handling found in the 140 and 150, but with 180 hp for improved payload, climb and cruise performance. It’s a proven and versatile aircraft, equally well suited to hour-building, local flying and longer cross-country trips with full fuel and four people on board.

Engine: 1,335 hours TTE, with just 28 hours since rebuild by Gama Aviation – a respected name in GA engine work. The recent rebuild provides added confidence in the condition of the powerplant and its remaining service life.

Annual Inspection: Completed by Airspeed Aviation, with the next annual due in September 2026.

Overall, this Cherokee benefits from the kind of maintenance history that should appeal to both private owners and commercial operators, with a recently rebuilt engine, current annual inspection and clean AD status.
