Eglinton Flying Club has provided flight instruction and recreational flying across the North West of Ireland for over 50 years. Operating from a controlled airport environment with modern radio and navigational aids, the club offers students practical experience in controlled airspace alongside stunning coastal training routes over the North Antrim coast and County Donegal.
As an established flight training organization, the club provides instruction towards private pilot qualifications, including the Private Pilot Licence (PPL), alongside trial flights and advanced ratings. Flying is primarily conducted using well-maintained four-seat aircraft such as the Piper PA-28-161 Warrior III. Supported by an experienced instructor body, the non-profit flying club fosters a strong social community and has served as a launching pad for dozens of students who have progressed into commercial aviation careers.
