FAQs
-
For small, time-critical cargo departing from the UK, we can typically source and launch an aircraft within a matter of hours. Your account manager will begin coordinating immediately once we receive the shipment details.
-
Any cargo classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) under IATA regulations must be transported by an operator approved to handle them. This includes items such as:
Lithium batteries
Chemicals or laboratory samples
Flammable liquids or gases
Industrial equipment containing fuel
Certain medical supplies
If you’re unsure whether your item is classed as DG, we can review this with you and advise on the correct handling.
-
Smaller aircraft used for urgent shipments—such as the DA42—are ideal for lightweight, compact cargo. As a guideline:
Shipments typically need to be small box / hand-carry size
Weight is usually limited to 70KG, depending on fuel requirements and routing
Cargo must be able to fit through the aircraft’s baggage access and sit securely within the cabin or cargo bay.
For larger or heavier freight, we’ll recommend a suitable alternative aircraft with greater capacity.
-
Documentation will vary by cargo type and destination, but usually includes:
Commercial invoice or packing list
Shipper’s declaration (for Dangerous Goods, if applicable)
Customs documentation for international flights
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for technical or chemical items
Consignee information and contact details
We’ll guide you through exactly what’s required so your shipment can depart without delay.
